Rajesh is a Registered Patent Agent at Chapin Intellectual Property Law, LLC, where he focuses on drafting and prosecuting patents on inventions in areas such as Software, the Internet, Business Methods, Computers, Manufacturing, Mechanics, Medical Devices, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Systems, and Communications Systems. Prior to joining the firm, he gained significant patent prosecution experience while working with a boutique patent and intellectual property law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. While with that firm, he gained particular experience drafting and prosecuting patents on inventions in various software and semiconductor fabrication technologies.

In addition to his experience in patent law, Rajesh has several years of technical experience while working as an engineer in the software and computer industries. In particular, he is fluent in many areas of software design, development and testing and has worked on software engineering projects for both Microsoft Corporation and Accenture as a consultant.

Rajesh holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he was a Distinguished Scholar Merit Scholarship Recipient. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Ohio State University which included graduate-level coursework in Artificial Intelligence. Rajesh is registered to practice patent law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Having relocated here from Ohio, Rajesh plans to become a member of the Bar in Massachusetts in the near future.
